Talent Development Framework

Talent Development Framework\

The Talent Development Framework is based on the premise that development emerges from the interaction between the player(s), the environment they are in and the way the game is played and taught - Player, Environment, & Game.

The Player and their unique physical and mental capabilities are at the heart of their hockey DNA.

These qalities are reinforced, supported and developed by the  learning envinronment.

Fostered by coaches on and off the pitch, that enables players to acquire the onfield attributes and characteristics to play the game of hockey.
